Furthermore, the repeatable onboarding process supports fast synergy extraction across multiple areas. A hundred-day plan is developed during the due-diligence phase and reviewed by a cross-functional steering committee on a regular weekly basis. Aside from the steering committee, the governance model also includes a dedicated integration manager and functional area representatives.
