OptiGroup to acquire the machine service business of Mixuri Oy
VeliMark Oy, OptiGroup's business for Facility & Foodservice Solutions in Finland, has signed an agreement to acquire the machine repair and maintenance business of Mixuri Oy. Through the acquisition, VeliMark will broaden its in-house service offering to contract cleaners, offices and facility management customers to include service and repair of cleaning machines.
