Papyrus exploring strategic alternatives for its French business unit

Papyrus announces that it is exploring strategic alternatives for its French business unit, including a possible divestiture.  In that context, Papyrus is in discussions with Inapa regarding a possible sale of Papyrus France to Inapa.  As part of these discussions, Papyrus and Inapa have entered into a non-binding letter of intent and, at the request of the French merger authority, authorized an early market test of a potential transaction.
